  CARE is an international NGO with local staff and community partners in more than 90 countries. CARE USA seeks to engage the American public in global humanitarian need in ways that make each supporter feel connected to and engaged with CARE. Our aim is to create a supporter centric experience, where individual supporters can learn about CARE and decide how to best share their resources, knowledge and skills to make a difference. In support of this ideal, CARE established a matrixed supporter engagement team comprised of members of the marketing, fundraising, advocacy and digital teams. Together, this team has been working to define new ways to attract and retain new supporters and create a more holistic experience for them. The Supporter Engagement Manager would provide critical project and program management support to this effort as well as other matrixed marketing campaign teams. Responsibilites:

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3-5 years marketing experience
  • Email Marketing Experience
  • Digital Marketing Experience
  • Demonstrated strength in project management, data collection, analysis and reporting
