Specialist Supply and Logistics 28-36 hours a week, As soon as possible, Temporary Replacement Based in The Hague Main Goal of the Job The Specialist Supply and Logistics that we are looking for, is expected to temporarily strengthen Oxfam Novib’s Procurement team. This team of experts, supports and safeguards Oxfam Novib’s supply and logistics processes in The Hague and in Country Offices. Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Providing technical expertise in the testing and roll out of a new procurement system.

  • Providing (remote) training to staff in Country Offices and The Hague

  • Co-Creating Supply & Logistics training material

  • Responding to ad-hoc questions related to Supply and Logistics

  • Monitoring and support of Vehicle Tracking System in Country Offices

Job Requirements
  • You are in possession of HBO/WO degree in Business Administration or other relevant courses pertaining to this job;

  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience;

  • Knowledge of procurement systems;

  • Experience working in multi-cultural settings;

  • Ability to manage multi-disciplinary project;

  • Ability to take initiative and work both independently and as part of a team;

  • An excellent command of the English language, both in speaking and in writing;

  • Knowledge of Oxfam’s ways of working is a pre

  • Knowledge of the Dutch language is a pre

What we offer Oxfam Novib is committed to providing you with a competitive, fair, and comprehensive pay and benefits package that is justifiable to our donors. The salary range for this position is set in scale 9 with a salary range between € 2.846,- and € 4.378,- gross based on 36 hours a week.
