Responsibilities The National Executive Lead, Market Development and Field Integration serves as the lead for market consulting, charged with driving the organization’s revenue and community impact within Local Communities across the country through adoption and acceleration of targeted strategic priorities. This executive trailblazer is responsible for serving as a key owner within the national Development and Community Health team responsible for the ideation, execution, deployment and evaluation of the association’s overarching field playbook working to ensure achievement of goals and objectives, with principal responsibility for securely positioning the association for growth in unrestricted revenue and community impact. The candidate will collaborate with the National VP of Community Health and National Executive Leads for Heart Challenge and Socials and will manage the Market Development team to drive transformational revenue and health goals. Essential Job Duties :
  • Lead the creation and development of key strategies and resources including issue-based campaigns, Volunteer orientations, elevated chair experience, Fortune 1000 strategy

  • Provide strategic oversight for the Virtual Executive Leadership Learning Series which helps set the tone and tenor for market adoption, innovation and leadership development.

  • Directs team to consult with the top 30+ markets and ensures consistent execution of strategies to reduce variance of performance across markets and regions

  • Personally consults with the Top 7 markets representing nearly 23% of campaign revenue

  • Serve as an expert in core revenue and health strategies, helping to accelerate and replicate successes from markets

  • Understand the financial goals and lead indicators of core Fundraising products, regions, and markets, using data to drive performance across the organization

  • Monitor and analyze external and internal trends and develop benchmarks, methodologies, priorities and focus areas for top markets

  • Provide formal feedback to leadership on opportunities and challenges

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or Advertising

  • Minimum of Seven (7) years of fundraising experience in volunteer and staff management, managing a multi-million dollar major/market territory and Strategic Planning

  • Previous experience as a Senior Vice President or higher for a major non-profit organization

  • High level of staff management, leadership experience and volunteer/board management

  • Ability to travel up to 50% local and overnight stay
