Job Description

IMC Worldwide is seeking experts to include in a proposal to as Short Term Technical Assistance (STTA) consultants for an upcoming Monitoring and Evaluation opportunity with USAID Somalia.The opportunity is a mission-wide M&E mechanism for USAID Somalia that will be run primarily from Kenya. The primary purpose of the project is to provide fast, flexible, demand‐driven M&E support, guidance and advice for USAID Somalia and IPs. Key activities of the project include monitoring, verification and reporting, qualitative Data Collection, Data Quality Assessmentss, CLA, and Data Management. As such, IMC is looking for M&E experts that can provide Short Term Technical Assistance (STTA) during the five year contract in the thematic areas of: The STTA pool will be included in the proposal to USAID and should IMC win the contract, IMC will engage STTA consultants as needed throughout the five year contract. We are looking for experts who have experience in East Africa (ideally Somalia), as well as M&E experience with USAID-funded programming in the sectors above.
