Head, Logistics Services (*) (200725) Primary Location: Belgium-Brussels NATO Body: NATO International Staff (NATO IS) Schedule: Full-time Application Deadline: 06-Nov-2020 Salary (Pay Basis): 6,854.04Euro (EUR) Monthly Grade A.3/ NATO Grade G17 Clearance Level NS (*) This post is advertised pending budget approval SUMMARY The role of Infrastructure and Facilities Management (IFM) is to support NATO’s political and decision-making processes by managing and maintaining the Nato Headquarters site. IFM provides the International Staff (IS), International Military Staff (IMS), National Delegations, Partners, independent bodies and all others accommodated at NATO Headquarters, with Facility Management services. IFM is responsible for the overall management, supervision, technical and financial control of all in-sourced and out-sourced facility. It ensures the maintenance, transportation and logistics services, conducts major and minor investment projects as well as asset and inventory management in support of NATO Headquarters functions. The incumbent is responsible for leading the Logistics Services Section within IFM. S/he supervises the various service providers and leads the logistics team to ensure the efficient organisation and execution of the various logistics flows and operations; optimize warehouse management activities; ensure VIP transport and all types of internal  movement  activities, as well as handymen support, in line with the Organisation’s priorities.
