The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has risen for a Finance Business Partner – Transformation and projects role. This will be a permanent role based in SCI Centre in London and an exciting time to join the team as the organisation is going through a great period of growth and transformation. In this role, the person will be responsible for leading the set up and management of the High performing organisation (HPO) and Transformation budgets. Assisting the Head of Centre Finance Business Partnering in ensuring that areas such as the Transformation Delivery department, benefits identification, finance management budgets, and forecast is delivered successfully by taking proactive measures to ensure Cost Effectiveness. To be successful in this role, this person will be a fully qualified Accountant with significant experience in Portfolio/Projects Finance management. Have strong experience and understanding in budgeting, forecasting and have a thorough understanding of financial systems and procedures. It is essential that the person will also be able to build strong stakeholder relationships across the various business units, be results oriented, with strong Problem Solving skills, used to working to tight deadlines, and ensuring a high level of attention to detail. We offer a competitive salary at £52,000 p.a., attractive company pension scheme and 30 days annual leave. The Organisation Save the Children is a federated membership based organisation with 27+ Members who manage Fundraising activities in their local markets and contribute a portion to Save the Children International to fund our international programming work.
