We seek competitive and entrepreneurial candidates to join our team. https://www.fhiclinical.com/ The Feasibility Manager is responsible for leading feasibility tasks in support of the Clinical Strategy Department by developing and curating clinical trial intelligence data to improve clinical trial execution and management. Collected information will guide country and site selection activities, the creation of recruitment and enrollment forecasts for successful study planning. Essential functions:
  • Lead the activities for country and site identification and feasibility for a clinical study

  • Lead the development of participant Mapping and patient enrollment projections, allowing for flexibility for study objectives such as study timelines and cost

  • Create and maintain dashboard(s) to track feasibility and enrollment trends

  • Utilize analytics to answer key business queries by generating business insights, in collaboration with the Business Intelligence Department, by analyzing trends for incidence and prevalence, drug landscape, clinical trial landscape, standard of care, and historical site data to provide recommendations for clinical trial conduct

  • Develop internal team of feasibility associates/site identification specialists (to provide line manager responsibilities)

  • Grow current database of current investigators using epidemiology data in order to find eligible study participants and clinical investigators

  • Oversee the Design and necessary updates of the site feasibility questionnaire

  • Represent FHI Clinical Research on bid defenses for feasibility; may delegate to associate, as appropriate

  • Attend departmental specific training, as required

  • Perform other tasks under the direction of other FHI Clinical mentors and/or management

Position Requirements
  • Experience in country and site selection, clinical trial feasibility and participant enrollment forecasting

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with generation of formulas and pivot tables

  • Experience in utilizing data to inform clinical strategy and study feasibility

  • Experience using intelligence tools or ability to integrate use of new and existing tools

  • Must possess strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organization skills

  • Strong understanding of analytical techniques to interpret and present data to internal and external stakeholders

  • Proficiency in collaborative work spaces such as Smartsheet and SharePoint

  • Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing, ability to read additional languages, such as French, Mandarin Chinese, Portuguese, or Spanish, are helpful

  • Excellent team player, collaborative and able to enable an effective team

  • Line management experience strongly preferred

  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, able to meet deadlines

  • Self-starter with ability to act on own initiative

  • Accountable, dependable and demonstrates strong commitment

  • Applies clear and consistent Performance Standards and handles problems decisively and objectively

  • Customer service focused in approach to work, both internally and externally

  • Maintains a positive, results-orientated attitude

  • Bachelor's degree or its International equivalent in Life Sciences or related field required.

  • At least five years of relevant industry experience within pharma/biotech or CRO/consulting

Physical Expectations: Typical office environment.
