The Project Engineering Analyst will play a crucial role in the Flood Recovery Programme (FRP) by planning, designing, implementing, and monitoring civil works projects. Alternatively, a first-level university degree (bachelor’s degree) in the same areas, combined with two years of relevant experience, will also be considered. The position requires a strong understanding of civil works project management, procurement processes, and compliance with safety and environmental standards. Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, and a commitment to UNDP's mission and values.

The educational requirements for the Project Engineering Analyst position include either an advanced university degree (master's degree or equivalent) in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, or a first-level university degree (bachelor’s degree) in the same areas, along with two years of qualifying experience. Languages:

- Certifying invoices and conducting final inspections to ensure project completion.
