Job Overview:
The Associate, Global Markets Team, will play a crucial role in supporting the SUPREME program, which aims to reduce maternal and neonatal deaths in five countries by improving access to essential health products. This position requires a highly motivated individual with strong analytical, strategic, communication, and teamwork skills. The Associate will work closely with the Global Markets Team to analyze supplier dynamics, develop demand forecasts, execute costing and impact analyses, and prepare high-quality presentations and reports. The role also involves managing relationships with product manufacturers and external partners, supporting in-country planning for new product introductions, and tracking developments in the diagnostics landscape. The Associate will contribute to project management activities and support fundraising efforts by developing compelling narratives and engaging with donors.

- Landscape and analyze supplier dynamics in low- and middle-income countries for priority products, including market share, pricing, and regulatory approvals.
- Develop demand forecasts and uptake models for new and existing technologies.
- Execute costing and impact analysis for innovative financing, procurement, and distribution models.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and analyses for global and country-level discussions.
- Conduct company due diligence and develop business cases for supplier negotiations and pricing agreements.
- Manage relationships with product manufacturers, external partners, and donors.
- Support in-country planning for new product introductions, including strategic alignment and resource mobilization.
- Track and analyze developments in the diagnostics landscape relevant to project outcomes.
- Participate in meetings with partners, including government stakeholders and donors. 1
