Job Overview:
The consultancy role focuses on reviewing national Teaching and Learning Resources (TLRs) to assess their promotion of gender equality and inclusion. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in gender and education programming.
  • Proven experience in curriculum and textbook development or review.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to produce evidence-based recommendations.
  • Experience in conducting gender-responsive reviews of educational materials.
  • Familiarity with Ghana's educational policies and curriculum standards is highly desirable.

Educational Background:

Experience:
The position requires at least 8 years of progressively responsible experience in gender and education programming.
