Job Overview:
The UNICEF Thailand Country Office (TCO) is seeking qualified individual Creative Design and Artwork Developer consultants who possess strong creative, conceptual, and technical design skills. The consultants will provide design services on an as-needed basis, collaborating closely with the Private Sector Fundraising (PSFR) team and other stakeholders to create high-quality visual materials that align with UNICEF's brand guidelines and communication objectives. The role involves developing a wide range of fundraising, donor engagement, and communication materials aimed at supporting resource mobilization efforts and enhancing relationships with donors. The consultants will be responsible for delivering creative, innovative, and audience-focused solutions while ensuring consistency with UNICEF's visual identity standards and maintaining high-quality production output within agreed timelines.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The consultants will be tasked with developing creative concepts and delivering the overall visual direction for various fundraising, advocacy, marketing, and communication campaigns across both print and digital platforms. Specific deliverables include brochures, character designs, landing pages, premium gifts, leaflets, newsletters, posters, postcards, printed advertisements, social media ads, digital banners, and other promotional materials. They will also create visually compelling designs that effectively communicate key messages, strengthen engagement, and support campaign objectives, ensuring adherence to UNICEF’s brand guidelines and maintaining a cohesive visual identity across all touchpoints. The consultants will be expected to manage their time effectively to meet deadlines outlined in a separate Terms of Reference (TOR).

Required Qualifications:
To qualify for this position, candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Art, Marketing, Communications, Visual Design, or related fields. Additionally, a minimum of 5 years of work experience in Visual Design, Communication Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field is required. Candidates should have a strong portfolio that demonstrates proficiency in both digital and print media, showcasing their design capabilities and creativity. Desirable qualifications include expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and motion design software, as well as a proven track record of producing cost-effective and high-quality communication materials.

Educational Background:
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Art, Marketing, Communications, Visual Design, or a related discipline. This educational background is essential to ensure that the consultants have the foundational knowledge and skills necessary to perform effectively in the role.

Experience:
The position requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in Visual Design, Communication Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field. This level of experience is crucial for the consultants to demonstrate their ability to deliver high-quality design solutions and effectively manage projects within the context of UNICEF's mission and objectives.

Languages:
Fluency in Thai is mandatory for this position, as it is essential for effective communication and collaboration with local stakeholders. While not explicitly required, proficiency in English or other languages may be considered an asset, enhancing the consultant's ability to engage with a broader audience and contribute to UNICEF's global initiatives.

Additional Notes:
The consultancy roster will be valid for a duration of 36 months, with contracts being raised on a need basis for the period in which the consultant is required.
