Job Overview:
The position of Analista de Coordenação de Comunicação involves planning, implementing, and supervising the integrated communication strategy and advocacy for a project aimed at strengthening the capacities of the Brazilian Judiciary. The project, which is a collaboration between the Superior Tribunal de Justiça (STJ) and the UNDP, focuses on promoting citizenship and enhancing opportunities for vulnerable law graduates, particularly those from marginalized communities. The role requires the individual to lead communication teams, ensure the visibility of project actions and results, and coordinate with various stakeholders, including the media and other judicial entities. The analyst will be responsible for developing strategic communication plans, monitoring results, and ensuring that all communication outputs align with institutional objectives and standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the Analista de Coordenação de Comunicação include:
  • Developing and implementing the integrated communication strategy for the project, ensuring alignment with institutional objectives;
  • Setting clear goals, operational timelines, and performance indicators for internal and external communication actions;
  • Monitoring and measuring the impact of communication actions, producing periodic performance reports;
  • Evaluating the quality and accessibility of editorial and visual products, proposing strategic adjustments as necessary;
  • Supervising and coordinating the daily activities of the communication team, fostering a collaborative work environment;
  • Producing and reviewing technical and institutional materials, ensuring adherence to project identity and institutional standards;
  • Managing relationships with the media and other stakeholders to enhance project visibility;
  • Leading the technical communication team, promoting skill development and alignment with strategic objectives;

  • Performing other functions as necessary for the effective operation of the project.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a Master's degree or equivalent in Social Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Social Sciences, or related fields. Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in the same areas combined with two additional years of relevant experience will be considered. Candidates with a Master's degree do not require prior professional experience, while those with a Bachelor's degree must have at least two years of experience in communication activities, including advocacy, digital communication management, and public relations.

Educational Background:
The educational background required for this position includes a Master's degree in a relevant field such as Communication, Journalism, or Social Sciences. A Bachelor's degree in these areas is acceptable if accompanied by two years of relevant work experience. This educational foundation is essential for understanding the complexities of communication strategies and their implementation in a judicial context.

Experience:
The position requires candidates to have a minimum of two years of relevant work experience in communication and advocacy roles. This includes experience in implementing communication strategies, managing digital communication, producing institutional materials, and engaging with the media. Experience in the judiciary or related fields is highly desirable, as is experience in national or international cooperation projects focused on human rights, gender, and social justice.

Languages:
Fluency in Portuguese is required, along with an intermediate level of English. Proficiency in these languages is essential for effective communication within the project and with various stakeholders.
