Job Overview:
The Program Analyst position at the World Bank Group involves managing learning sessions, coordinating the delivery of the RWA 'Case of the Month', and developing program content. The role requires preparing reports and communication materials while supporting overall program administration. The successful candidate will have experience in project and learning event management, particularly in conflict resolution or related environments. Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills are essential, along with sound judgment, professionalism, and discretion. The Program Analyst will report to the Head of EIJCS and will be based at the WBG Headquarters in Washington, DC.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the Program Analyst include designing, coordinating, delivering, and tracking monthly learning sessions for RWAs across multiple time zones. The analyst will lead the development and enhancement of innovative learning experiences, including micro-learning and scenario-based content, particularly the 'Case of the Month' initiative, based on identified RWA learning needs. Additionally, the analyst will support the preparation and delivery of learning programs and workshops with practitioners, ensuring a high-quality participant experience and effective coordination. The role also involves designing and administering structured survey instruments and contributing to learning analytics by synthesizing participant feedback into actionable summaries. The analyst may undertake additional assignments and provide backup support functions as required by the Head of EIJ Client Services.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in law, education, instructional design, or a related discipline, along with at least 2 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Familiarity with the ethics and internal justice system of a multilateral development bank is considered valuable. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required, including experience with survey analysis and reporting. The ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism is essential. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, as well as survey and data management tools, is also required.

Educational Background:
The educational background required for this position includes a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in law, education, instructional design, or a related discipline. This educational foundation is crucial for understanding the complexities of the role and effectively managing the responsibilities associated with it.

Experience:
The position requires at least 2 years of relevant experience in project and learning event management, preferably within a conflict resolution or related environment. This experience is vital for the successful execution of the duties and responsibilities outlined for the Program Analyst role.
