The position of Practicante en Marketing Services at UNICEF Chile is designed for students who are eager to gain practical experience in communication, fundraising, and audience engagement initiatives. Responsibilities include collecting, organizing, and conducting basic analysis of data related to campaigns, communications, and fundraising efforts. The intern will collaborate in the creation of audiovisual materials and basic video editing as needed. Additionally, the intern will assist in gathering and systematizing relevant information for content generation and storytelling. Organizing engagement initiatives and events for partner and donor acquisition and retention will also be part of the role. The intern will provide assistance to the Marketing Services area in other projects and activities as required by the team.
Required Qualifications:
Candidates must be students pursuing a degree in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, International Relations, Public Relations, Graphic Design, or related fields. Applicants should be at least 18 years old and must demonstrate proficiency in Spanish, the working language of UNICEF's office in Chile. Knowledge of another official UN language will be considered an asset. Candidates must also meet UNICEF's eligibility criteria regarding family ties and conflict of interest prevention, meaning they should not have immediate family members working in any UNICEF office or in the direct supervision line of the internship.
Educational Background:
The educational background required for this internship includes being enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in relevant fields such as Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, International Relations, Public Relations, Graphic Design, or similar disciplines. The internship is aimed at students who are currently pursuing their studies and are looking to gain practical experience in a professional setting.
Experience:
While prior experience is not mandatory, any relevant past experience and a portfolio of work will be given additional consideration. - It is a hybrid position requiring a commitment of 20 hours per week. The monthly remuneration for the internship is $350,000 CLP.
