Job Overview:

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a minimum of a bachelor's degree in computer science or an equivalent qualification. Additionally, they should have at least three years of experience in managing statistical data systems, with a minimum of one year of experience in database management. Experience in the humanitarian sector or with NGOs is considered an asset. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Familiarity with data management software and tools is also essential.
Educational Background:
The educational requirement for this position is a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field. This educational background is crucial for understanding the technical aspects of data management and ensuring the effective use of the SCOPE platform and other data management tools utilized by WFP.
Experience:
The position requires a minimum of three years of relevant experience in managing statistical data systems, with at least one year specifically focused on database management. Candidates with experience in the humanitarian sector or with non-governmental organizations (NGOs) will have a competitive advantage, as this experience is directly relevant to the challenges faced in the field.
Languages:
Fluency in English and French is mandatory for this position, as these are the primary languages used in WFP operations in Haiti. Proficiency in Haitian Creole is also highly desirable, as it will facilitate communication with local beneficiaries and partners. Additional Notes:

- Conducting training sessions for partners on WFP's beneficiary list formats and their proper management.
- Maintaining the confidentiality of beneficiary data throughout the implementation of WFP interventions.
- Importing beneficiary lists into the SCOPE platform for effective management.
- Supporting teams in organizing registration activities, including scheduling, resource mobilization, and identifying enumerators.
- Configuring tablets for beneficiary registration in the field.
- Training enumerators on the registration process and supervising their activities.
- Printing and verifying SCOPE cards for beneficiaries before distribution to implementing partners.
- Enrolling beneficiaries in interventions on the SCOPE platform. 1
- Creating distribution lists for beneficiary payments. 1
- Adding conditionalities for cash-based projects. 1
- Providing necessary support to other units regarding SCOPE and other data management solutions. 1
