Duties and Responsibilities: The Senior Information Systems Assistant will undertake a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to: providing support for computer information systems and applications, performing complex troubleshooting, participating in the development and implementation of new systems, designing and developing application systems using multiple programming languages, installing software and hardware, monitoring applications, and producing reports. The incumbent will manage technical documentation, assist in developing operational procedures, lead project teams, conduct systems analysis, and contribute to the evaluation and testing of new systems. Additionally, the role involves identifying user needs, conducting research on document management tools, and providing support on security" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">security and data backup matters. A minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in information systems analysis, programming, systems administration, and software development is required. Specific experience in business analysis for UN peacekeeping operations and familiarity with SAP integration and data analysis tools is essential.
