Established to support the integration of qualified, highly motivated, and well-supported UN Volunteers into development programs, the organization operates in approximately 130 countries each year. Job Overview:
The position focuses on supporting the conceptualization, scripting, and production of short videos and other audiovisual content aimed at explaining the concept of volunteerism, its importance, and the key elements of the proposed Volunteer Law in Bolivia. The role is crucial in generating communication materials that simplify and attractively present concepts related to volunteerism, its contribution to sustainable development, and the rights and responsibilities associated with volunteering. The products created will help disseminate information to volunteer organizations, volunteers, public and private institutions, civil society organizations, youth, and the general public, facilitating understanding and promoting greater participation and awareness regarding the strengthening of the legal framework for volunteerism in Bolivia.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties include supporting the conceptualization, scripting, and production of short videos and other audiovisual content that explain volunteerism and the proposed Volunteer Law. Additionally, the role involves creating infographics, carousels, graphic pieces, and visual resources that clarify concepts and central elements related to volunteerism and the legislative proposal. The position also requires assisting in the research and adaptation of content, developing key messages, copywriting, scripts, campaign concepts, and digital communication materials to facilitate the socialization of the Volunteer Law proposal among various audiences. The three profiles will work in a coordinated and complementary manner to ensure that the products maintain conceptual, visual, and communicational coherence.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates should possess strong skills in content creation, including video production and graphic design. They should have a good understanding of volunteerism and its significance in sustainable development. Proficiency in communication and the ability to convey complex ideas in an accessible manner are essential. Familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms is also required, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Educational Background:
A background in communications, media studies, social sciences, or a related field is preferred. Candidates should have relevant training or coursework that supports their ability to create engaging content and understand the principles of volunteerism and development.

Experience:
Candidates should have prior experience in content creation, particularly in audiovisual production and graphic design. Experience working with non-profit organizations or in volunteerism-related projects is highly desirable. Familiarity with the legislative process and advocacy work related to volunteerism would be an asset.

Languages:
Fluency in Spanish is mandatory, as all content will be produced in this language. Knowledge of English or other languages is considered a plus, as it may facilitate broader communication and outreach efforts.
