Job Overview:
The Practicante de Dirección Ejecutiva position is designed to provide administrative and operational support to the Executive Direction. The primary objective of this role is to assist in the organization, follow-up, and coordination of various activities undertaken by the Executive Direction. This includes managing schedules, preparing meeting minutes, and ensuring effective communication through email management. The intern will also be responsible for organizing and updating folders, documents, and files, as well as supporting the logistics and organization of meetings and events. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the logistics and organization of meetings and events, including venue selection, catering, and materials preparation.
  • Provide support for various administrative tasks as required by the Executive Direction, contributing to the overall efficiency of the office.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and effective communication within the organization.

Required Qualifications:
  • Education: Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Administration, International Relations, Communication, Business, or related fields.
