Job Overview: The Service Delivery Lead plays a crucial role in strengthening program stability, practice quality, and operational consistency within the Refuge and Recovery portfolio. This senior-level position involves leading proactive practice uplift, supporting onboarding and induction processes, coordinating cross-program initiatives, and driving internal projects aimed at enhancing service delivery, compliance, and practice excellence. The Service Delivery Lead will work closely with teams that support women and children who have experienced domestic and family violence, ensuring that practices are trauma-informed, child-centered, and safety-driven.
