The UNV program is focused on increasing the visibility of its impact through the production of multimedia content, which includes web stories, social media campaigns, and project showcases. The organization is currently seeking skilled video editors to join the communications team. The primary function of this position is to transform raw footage, interviews, and archival material into engaging visual narratives that effectively highlight the contributions of UN Volunteers across various regional and thematic portfolios. The role involves editing high-quality videos tailored for diverse platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, ensuring that the final products resonate with the intended audience and adhere to UNV's branding guidelines.

The Online Volunteers will be tasked with several key responsibilities under the guidance of the Communications Team. These include:
Required Qualifications:
Candidates for this position should possess a strong background in video editing, with proficiency in industry-standard editing software. They should demonstrate creativity and an eye for detail, ensuring that all edits enhance the narrative and visual appeal of the content. Additionally, candidates should have a solid understanding of multimedia production processes and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. - Outputting videos in three different aspect ratios: 16:9 (1920x1080), 9:16 (1080x1920), and 4:5 (1080x1350), to accommodate various viewing platforms and enhance accessibility.
