The candidate should have a strong background in managing multi-channel content and coordinating creative teams. Experience in fundraising campaigns, donor retention, and emergency communication is highly valued. Strong skills in writing, editing, content development, copywriting, storytelling, and strategic communication are necessary, with an emphasis on the ability to convey programmatic and institutional information in an engaging manner.
