Duties and Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of the Assistant Technique Clerk Climatisation include:
Preventive Maintenance: Conducting routine cleaning and replacement of air filters in indoor units to ensure air quality and energy efficiency; cleaning outdoor unit batteries to prevent overheating; checking and cleaning condensate drainage ducts to prevent leaks; inspecting thermal insulation on refrigerant piping and making repairs as necessary.
Daily Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Performing daily inspections of all air conditioning equipment, focusing on critical areas such as server rooms; regularly monitoring temperatures and humidity levels in sensitive spaces; diagnosing minor faults and performing first-level repairs; reporting major malfunctions or refrigerant leaks to the supervisor.
Supervision of External Contractors: Assisting subcontractors during major maintenance operations, gas recharges, or installation of new equipment; ensuring that work performed by contractors meets technical specifications and quality standards; maintaining a technical maintenance log for each device.
Inventory Management and Safety: Keeping track of spare parts inventory and anticipating purchase needs; strictly adhering to safety standards and using appropriate personal protective equipment; ensuring cleanliness in work and storage areas.
