• Leading the development of policy, regulatory, and investment frameworks to enhance logistics performance and competitiveness.

• Advising on the planning and optimization of logistics systems and infrastructure, including logistics parks, intermodal terminals, and distribution centers.
• Evaluating logistics business models and investment opportunities across various sectors, including e-commerce and last-mile delivery.
• Promoting sustainable logistics practices through digitalization and decarbonization solutions.
• Leading knowledge initiatives and mentoring staff to enhance technical expertise in logistics and supply chain management.
• Building partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and innovation in logistics development.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates for the Senior Transport Specialist position must possess a Master's or PhD degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation Engineering, Infrastructure Planning, or a related field.
