Job Overview:
The Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Trainee position is part of the She Demines programme, which aims to increase women's participation in humanitarian mine action. Duties and Responsibilities:
As an EOD Trainee, participants are expected to fully engage in all assigned modules of the EOD Level 1 course, which includes both classroom instruction and practical field exercises. Trainees must comply with all safety regulations, operational procedures, and the code of conduct during their training. Active participation in practical exercises, assessments, and other learning activities is required. Regular attendance is mandatory, and trainees must promptly inform program coordinators of any issues that may affect their participation. Demonstrating responsibility, discipline, commitment, and teamwork throughout the course is essential. Additionally, trainees are expected to contribute to a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment.

Candidates must be female and possess a high school diploma or higher education degree. It is important for applicants to provide their educational certificates when applying. If there has been a change in surname, a marriage or divorce certificate must also be submitted. - Successful candidates will receive a volunteer allowance of $460 to cover living expenses during the one-month training period. Accommodation and meals will be provided by the Humanitarian Demining Training Centre. Additionally, trainees will be covered by accident insurance related to the training and life insurance during the training period.
