Experience:
Candidates should have at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in public health, with a focus on program evaluation and development. Experience working with key populations, particularly in the context of Algeria or similar settings, is highly desirable. Familiarity with UNDP processes and procedures will be considered an advantage.
Languages:
Fluency in Arabic and French is mandatory, as these are the primary languages used in Algeria. Proficiency in English is considered a strong asset, as it may facilitate communication with international stakeholders and access to global resources.

This consultancy position is for a fixed term of 45 days, with the actual mission duration being 12 days. The consultant will be expected to work independently while adhering to the guidelines and timelines set by UNDP.
