Job Overview:
The ERP Functional Lead, Finance, Planning and Budget is a key member of the AIPS Management Section (AMS) within the Division of Information Technology at the IAEA. This position requires a strong technical background in Oracle eBusiness Suite or Oracle Cloud Enterprise Performance Management (EPM)/Hyperion modules, particularly in finance, programme planning, risk management, and budget preparation. The role involves providing expert advice and application support for the IAEA's ERP system, known as the Agency-wide Information System for Programme Support (AIPS). The ERP Functional Lead will manage incidents, resolve problems, and implement changes related to the AIPS system while also overseeing contractor resources and ensuring effective performance. This position is crucial for maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of the IAEA's financial and planning processes.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The ERP Functional Lead will be responsible for providing functional expertise in Oracle eBS Financial and PPM modules, delivering solutions for application service requests, and leading the implementation of system changes and enhancements. The role includes providing Level 2 support in financial, PPM, and planning and budget areas, contributing to customized reports and analytics, managing ERP configurations, and supporting future upgrades or cloud migration projects. The individual will coordinate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure stable application performance, recommend and implement process improvements, and design user training programs. Additionally, the ERP Functional Lead will mentor contractors and assess their performance, ensuring alignment with IAEA standards and objectives.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field. Alternatively, two additional years of relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of a Master's degree. A minimum of seven years of progressively responsible experience in implementing or providing post-go-live support for Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12, Oracle Cloud EPM/Hyperion Planning, or Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials is required. Experience in business analysis, solution design, and managing ERP projects is essential. Additional desirable experience includes working with contractor resources and knowledge of international public sector requirements.

Educational Background:
The educational background required for this position includes an advanced university degree (Master's Degree) in relevant fields such as Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Management, or Information Technology. Candidates with a Bachelor's degree may still qualify if they have additional relevant experience that meets the total years of experience required for the role.

Experience:
The position requires a minimum of seven years of progressively responsible experience in the relevant fields, specifically in the implementation or post-go-live support of Oracle E-Business Suite and/or Oracle EPM. Candidates should have a strong understanding of project management best practices and experience in managing ERP projects and enhancements. Experience working with contractor resources and knowledge of finance, planning, and budgeting domains is also beneficial.

Languages:
Fluency in English is mandatory, and knowledge of other official IAEA languages such as Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian, and Spanish is considered an asset. Candidates should be able to communicate effectively in both written and oral forms, ensuring clarity and understanding in their interactions.

Additional Notes:
The IAEA offers an attractive remuneration package, including a tax-free annual net base salary starting at US $86,027, along with a variable post adjustment, dependency benefits, rental subsidy, education grant, and relocation expenses. Employees are entitled to six weeks of annual leave, home leave travel, and a pension plan.
