Job Overview:
The position of Apoyo Programático involves providing programmatic support to the Unstereotype Alliance in Argentina, particularly in the coordination, monitoring, and implementation of the agenda related to the Unstereotype Alliance and the upcoming Summit LATAM 202
  • The volunteer will play a crucial role in facilitating collaboration among various stakeholders, systematizing information, and tracking strategic initiatives that promote gender equality and cultural transformation through communication. The role requires a proactive approach to managing operational tasks and ensuring that all activities align with the overarching goals of the Unstereotype Alliance. The volunteer will be expected to engage with a diverse range of partners and contribute to the development of tools and resources that support the mission of promoting inclusive communications free from stereotypes.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The volunteer will be responsible for several key tasks, including:
  • Supporting the coordination of the Unstereotype Alliance Summit LATAM 2026 by tracking operational milestones, meetings, and stakeholders involved in the event.
  • Updating a work schedule and a milestone tracking matrix for the Summit, ensuring that all timelines are adhered to.
  • Assisting in the preparation and documentation of pre-defined coordination meetings, including recording agreements, responsible parties, and follow-up dates.
  • Maintaining an updated database of speakers, allies, and focal points related to the Summit, ensuring that all information is accurate and accessible.
  • Supporting the follow-up of confirmations and logistical requirements through validated templates and messages from UN Women.
  • Preparing brief executive summaries and a final systematization of progress, pending items, and recommendations. The deliverables will be based on content and guidelines provided by UN Women, with specific limits on the number of updates and documents to be produced during the assignment.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies is essential, along with excellent communication skills in both written and verbal formats. The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously is crucial for success in this role. Educational Background:
