Job Overview: The position of Assistante ou Assistant Collecte involves supporting the development of private resources through various missions. The candidate will contribute to the management of face-to-face recruitment campaigns, ensuring operational management in collaboration with service providers. This includes managing and monitoring municipal authorizations, organizing logistics, preparing training documents, and maintaining communication with teams. The role also requires the transmission of information to other departments, quality control of service providers through mystery visits and field days, and supporting the implementation of donor retention materials. The candidate will analyze qualitative and quantitative data, track and analyze results from face-to-face campaigns, and capitalize on experiences gained from different campaigns. Regular updates of content for face-to-face teams and collecting necessary information for training documents and country briefs are also part of the responsibilities. The candidate will assist in information points and general meetings to gather field information, lead training sessions for face-to-face teams, and organize interventions by employees. Additionally, the role involves contributing to benchmarking and innovation, monitoring new communication, recruitment, and donor retention tools, and operationally implementing tests on new fundraising channels.

Additional Notes: This position is offered as a learning contract (contrat d'apprentissage ou de professionnalisation) with a duration of 12 months. The work schedule includes 1 or 2 days of training per week, with one week of training per month. The position is based in Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis), France. Salary is based on the legal minimum, adjusted according to age and educational level, and is distributed over 13 months. Employees are entitled to 21 days of RTT (reduced working time) and 25 days of paid leave, prorated based on presence. Health coverage is provided at 80% by ACF, and transportation costs are reimbursed at 50% between home and work. Employees receive meal vouchers with 60% coverage by the organization (valued at 8 euros) and additional social benefits. A flexible telework policy is in place, allowing employees to work fully or partially remotely, with a requirement for in-person attendance at the headquarters for 4 days per month, including dedicated time for meetings and collective events. The first six weeks will require 2 days of mandatory presence per week for team integration.
