Job Overview:
Within the Logistics Department, the Stock and Supply unit is part of the sustainable supply chain service. Under the supervision of the Stock and Supply Coordinator, the incumbent will be responsible for ensuring the International Supply of ACF France's Country Offices for their geographical area (supply, transport) to support operations in the best possible time and at the best cost. Specifically, the role involves managing field orders, including supply, transport, and de-stocking until delivery, in coordination with operations, while strategizing and optimizing supplies. The position also entails managing supplier relationships and ensuring the quality of services, controlling budgets related to orders, receiving, verifying, and transmitting invoices to the accounting department, addressing delivery non-conformities and following up on disputes, compiling and monitoring supply files in compliance with internal procedures, making purchases within authorized thresholds, ensuring traceability and providing necessary documentation in case of audits, maintaining smooth communication between the field and headquarters, providing backup for team members during absences, participating in the implementation of international supply strategies, identifying and proposing optimal supply solutions, sourcing new suppliers, participating in calls for tenders (drafting specifications and selection committees), updating and enriching the supplier database, contributing to the continuous improvement of processes, tools, and documents, and capitalizing on operational feedback to optimize purchases while prioritizing emergencies in collaboration with operations teams.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage field orders: supply, transport, and de-stocking until delivery in coordination with operations, focusing on strategy and optimization of supplies.
  • Manage supplier relationships and ensure service quality.
  • Control budgets related to orders.
  • Receive, verify, and transmit invoices to the accounting department.

Required Qualifications:
The candidate must hold a degree in logistics, commerce, and/or purchasing and have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position. Field experience is an asset, ideally in an international or humanitarian context (experience with ACF is highly appreciated). Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is essential. The candidate should be skilled in office tools (Excel, Office Suite) and have knowledge of an ERP, ideally UBW and LINK. The candidate must demonstrate rigor, organization, and autonomy, and be recognized for their prioritization skills and ability to manage emergencies, as well as their relational skills and team spirit.

Educational Background:
A degree in logistics, commerce, and/or purchasing is required for this position. This educational background provides the necessary foundation for understanding supply chain management, procurement processes, and logistical operations, which are critical for the role.

Experience:
The position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. This experience should ideally include practical fieldwork, particularly in an international or humanitarian context, which would enhance the candidate's understanding of the challenges and dynamics involved in supply chain management in such environments.

Languages:
Proficiency in English is mandatory, both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages may be considered an asset, particularly if they are relevant to the regions where Action contre la Faim operates.

Additional Notes:
The position is classified as a managerial role with a permanent contract (CDI) and is full-time. The workplace is located in Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis). The salary ranges from 37,000 to 44,000 euros gross annually, depending on experience. Additional benefits include an annual seniority bonus after three years of service at headquarters, 25 days of paid leave per year, and 21 days of RTT (or 19 days for autonomous executives). Health coverage is provided, with 80% covered by ACF, and salary maintenance provisions are in place for illness, maternity, and paternity. Transportation costs are partially reimbursed (50% of the commuting costs), and meal vouchers are provided (60% covered by the association). The organization offers social benefits through the CSE, including gift vouchers and reimbursement for cultural activities. Remote work is available for all employees within metropolitan territory, with a mandatory presence at headquarters for one day per month, in addition to collective presence required for meetings and events (up to three days per month) and two days of mandatory presence during team integration.
