Duties and Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of the IT Officer, Business Solutions I (Agentic AI Developer) include:
Designing and developing agentic systems by architecting and implementing multi-agent and single-agent AI systems using frameworks like LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
Creating agent reasoning loops, tool-calling mechanisms, and memory management strategies.
Developing agents that can interact with APIs, databases, and internal systems.
Implementing retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines to ground agents in institutional knowledge.
Integrating leading LLM providers into agent workflows and refining system prompts to guide agent behavior.
Building custom tools and ensuring robust tool schemas.
Designing evaluation frameworks to assess agent performance and conducting testing to identify risks.
Deploying agentic applications on cloud infrastructure and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
Producing technical documentation and conducting knowledge transfer sessions for internal teams.
Required Qualifications: The required qualifications for this position include a Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or a Bachelor's degree with at least 7 years of relevant experience. Candidates must have a minimum of 5-7 years of software development experience, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML systems. Demonstrated hands-on experience in building agentic or LLM-powered applications in production environments is essential. Proficiency in Python is required, and familiarity with TypeScript/JavaScript is a plus. Candidates should also have experience with agentic frameworks, LLM APIs, cloud platforms, and containerization practices.
Educational Background: Candidates must possess a Master's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Software Engineering, or a Bachelor's degree with extensive experience in the field. The educational background should reflect a strong foundation in technical skills necessary for the development and implementation of AI systems.
Experience: The position requires a minimum of 5-7 years of software development experience, with a specific focus on AI/ML systems for at least 2 years.
