Duties and Responsibilities: The intern's daily responsibilities will vary based on their background and skills, but will generally include: assisting in the design and dissemination of internal communications materials such as announcements, digital flyers, and intranet updates; supporting the promotion of events, trainings, and HR campaigns organized by HRMS; contributing to the introduction of new staff members through internal communication channels; helping to adapt and disseminate global HR messages for ECA staff; ensuring that all communication materials align with ECA HRMS branding guidelines; monitoring staff engagement with communications and proposing improvements; researching and suggesting creative approaches to enhance internal communications; and assisting with content formatting, simple visual design, or media creation using available tools.
Required Qualifications: Applicants must meet one of the following requirements: (a) be enrolled in, or have completed, a graduate school programme (second university degree or equivalent, or higher); (b) be enrolled in, or have completed, the final academic year of a first university degree programme (minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent). Additionally, a background in communication, graphic design, and content creation is desirable. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
Educational Background: The educational background required for this position includes either being enrolled in or having completed a graduate school programme or being in the final academic year of a bachelor's degree programme. A focus on communication, graphic design, or related fields is preferred, as it aligns with the responsibilities of the internship.
Experience: While specific prior experience is not mandated, any relevant experience in communications, graphic design, or content creation will be beneficial. The internship is designed for individuals who are looking to gain practical experience and develop their skills in a professional setting, particularly within an international organization.
