Job Overview: The Assistant Administrative Officer will play a crucial role in the Human Rights Inquiries Branch, specifically within the Group of Human Rights Experts on Nicaragua. Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess a first-level university degree in business or public administration, finance, accounting, law, or a related field. Additionally, a minimum of two years of progressively responsible experience in administration, finance, accounting, or human resources management is required. For candidates with an advanced degree (Master's or higher), no prior experience is necessary. Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as Umoja and Inspira is desirable, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and general tech skills. The position also requires strong analytical and evaluative skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Educational Background: The educational requirement for this position is a first-level university degree in a relevant field such as business or public administration, finance, accounting, or law. Candidates with advanced degrees are preferred, as they may be exempt from the experience requirement, highlighting the importance of educational qualifications in this role.
