Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the Assistant(e) de soutien aux entreprises include but are not limited to: assisting in the execution of logistics operations and activities in compliance with standard procedures; maintaining courteous and continuous relationships with humanitarian partners; responding to partner requests and inquiries promptly and accurately; ensuring strict adherence to procedures before providing services; processing documentation related to operations; resolving operational issues and escalating problems to supervisors; assisting in the accounting of operations and preparing performance reports; supporting supply chain analysis; systematically archiving documents; collecting and compiling data for reports; ensuring the accuracy of information in internal systems; liaising with internal and external stakeholders to manage logistics operations efficiently; and executing any other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Required Qualifications:
The required qualifications for this position include a completion of secondary education, with a post-secondary certificate in a relevant functional area being desirable. Candidates should have at least four years of relevant experience in coordinating logistics or supply chain activities with partners and government counterparts. Experience with tracking systems, data analysis, and reporting is essential, as well as experience in evaluating service provider performance against defined key performance indicators. Additionally, candidates should have experience in assisting with the preparation of contractual documents and providing technical assistance in the use of internal systems.

Educational Background:
Candidates must have completed secondary education. A post-secondary certificate in a relevant field is preferred, which may enhance the candidate's qualifications for the role. This educational background is essential for understanding the logistics and supply chain processes that the position entails.

Experience:
Candidates are required to have a minimum of four years of relevant experience in logistics coordination or supply chain management. Languages:
