Duties and Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of the Research Analyst-Education include but are not limited to: conducting qualitative and quantitative research on educational issues; analyzing data to identify trends and gaps in the education sector; preparing detailed reports and presentations based on research findings; collaborating with local and national stakeholders to gather insights and validate research outcomes; providing technical assistance in the formulation of education policies and programs; monitoring and evaluating the impact of educational initiatives; participating in workshops and meetings to share research findings; and contributing to the development of knowledge products that disseminate best practices and lessons learned in education.
Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess strong analytical skills, with a proven ability to conduct research and synthesize complex information. Proficiency in statistical analysis software and data visualization tools is essential. The ideal candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings to diverse audiences. Familiarity with the education sector in Pakistan and experience working with governmental and non-governmental organizations will be considered an asset.
