Job Overview:
The Digital Impact Officer P2 Roving position at UNICEF is designed to carry out broad ICT functions and enable the provision of ICT solutions and services in a small office setting. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring the continuous operation of ICT infrastructure and accessibility to ICT services. This role is crucial in supporting operational and administrative tasks, assisting in the delivery of results, and ensuring cybersecurity and the general protection of digital assets. Duties and Responsibilities:
The major duties and responsibilities of the Digital Impact Officer include:

• Enabling continuous operation of ICT infrastructure to ensure that all ICT services and solutions are accessible to staff.
• Supporting operational and administrative tasks to facilitate the smooth functioning of the office.
• Assisting in the delivery of results by implementing ICT solutions that align with UNICEF's objectives.
• Ensuring cybersecurity measures are in place to protect digital assets and sensitive information.
• Collaborating with other team members and stakeholders to enhance ICT capabilities and support UNICEF's mission effectively.
• Engaging in community outreach and education regarding ICT services and their benefits.

Required Qualifications:
To qualify for this position, candidates must possess a university degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology management, business administration, or a related social science field. Additionally, candidates should have a minimum of two years of professional experience in information technology management and business operations within a large international organization or corporation. Proven skills in ICT Project Management, Business Analytics, security" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">security" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">Information Security, ICT Audit and Risk Management, Telecommunications, Networks, Information Security, and Software Engineering and Programming are essential.

Educational Background:
Candidates must have a university degree in a relevant field such as computer science, software engineering, information technology management, business administration, or a related social science discipline. This educational background is crucial for understanding the technical and operational aspects of the role.

Experience:
The position requires a minimum of two years of professional experience in information technology management and business operations, preferably within a large international organization or corporation. Experience in a UN organization or in development, fragile settings, and humanitarian contexts is considered an asset.

Languages:
