Job Overview: The position of Alternant(e) in Development of Private Resources is designed for a candidate who can support the development of private resources through various missions. The role involves contributing to the management of face-to-face recruitment campaigns, operational management of these campaigns in collaboration with service providers, and overseeing municipal authorizations. The candidate will also be responsible for logistical organization, training documents, and maintaining communication with teams. Additionally, the role includes quality control of service providers through mystery visits and field days, as well as supporting the implementation of donor retention materials. The candidate will analyze qualitative and quantitative data, track and analyze results from face-to-face campaigns, and capitalize on experiences gained from various campaigns. Regular updates of content for face-to-face teams and collecting necessary information for training documents are also part of the job. The candidate will assist in information points and general meetings to gather field information, facilitate training for face-to-face teams, and contribute to benchmarking and innovation by monitoring new communication, recruitment, and donor retention tools. Operational implementation of tests on new fundraising channels is also expected.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Additional Notes: The position is offered as an apprenticeship or professionalization contract, with a duration of 12 months. The work schedule includes 1 or 2 days of training per week, with one week of training per month. The salary is based on the legal minimum, adjusted according to age and educational level, and is distributed over 13 months. Employees are entitled to 21 days of RTT (reduced working time) prorated based on presence, and 25 days of paid leave also prorated. Health coverage is provided at 80% by Action contre la Faim. Transportation costs are partially covered, with 50% of the commuting costs reimbursed. Employees receive meal vouchers with 60% coverage by the organization. Additionally, there are social benefits and discounts on cinema tickets. The organization supports remote work, allowing employees to choose to work fully or partially from home, with a requirement for in-office presence of 4 days per month for meetings and collective events. The initial six weeks will require 2 days of in-office presence per week for team integration.
