Duties and Responsibilities:
Facilitate structured online group discussions with selected key stakeholders to gather insights on regional collaboration and support mechanisms.
Consolidate notes from consultations to ensure that all relevant information is captured accurately.
Prepare a concise lessons learned update and recommendations document (2-3 pages) to inform ongoing regional discussions and future coordination efforts.
Engage with various UN agencies, funds, and programs at the regional level to ensure comprehensive participation in the consultations.
Analyze the evolving regional context and identify emerging lessons that can inform future actions and strategies.
Ensure that the consultation process is objective, inclusive, and conducive to open dialogue among participants.
Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess a Master's degree in business administration, management, economics, or a related field. Additionally, they must have at least 10 years of progressively responsible experience in humanitarian, development, or peacebuilding contexts. Proven expertise in facilitation, organizational learning, and lessons learned methodologies is essential. Strong analytical and drafting skills are required, with the ability to synthesize complex multi-stakeholder processes effectively. Candidates must also demonstrate a commitment to the principles of the United Nations and its mission.
Educational Background: A Master's degree in business administration, management, economics, or a related field is required for this position.
