Additionally, the role involves liaising with various stakeholders and providing backup support to ensure business continuity.
Required Qualifications: The minimum requirements for this position include completion of secondary education, with professional or university courses related to the field being highly desirable. A minimum of six years of administrative or clerical work experience is required. The candidate must demonstrate skills in project management, collaboration, problem-solving, and digital dexterity. Fluency in English is mandatory, and knowledge of another official UN language or a local language is considered an asset. Familiarity with digital platforms such as SAP, Power BI, and SharePoint is also desirable.
