Duties and Responsibilities:

A first-level university degree in Business Administration, Communications, Economics, Fundraising Studies, Marketing, or a related field is required. Candidates should possess strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a proven ability to develop and implement effective fundraising strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships with corporate partners and stakeholders. The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities is also important.
Educational Background:
Candidates must have a first-level university degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Communications, Economics, Fundraising Studies, or Marketing. This educational background provides the necessary foundation for understanding corporate fundraising dynamics and developing effective strategies to engage corporate partners.
Experience:
A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in corporate fundraising is required. Candidates should have proven experience in successfully negotiating and managing large partnerships, as well as delivering on or exceeding ambitious income targets. Experience in managing and motivating a team is essential, and familiarity with fundraising in leading global organizations is desirable. Knowledge of the UN system is considered an asset.
Languages:
Fluency in English and Portuguese is required for this position. Knowledge of another official UN language, such as Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian, or Spanish, is considered an asset and may enhance a candidate's profile.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support corporate new business development initiatives by implementing the approved corporate fundraising strategy and Private Sector Plan in collaboration with the Corporate Fund Raising Specialist and under the guidance of the Corporate Partnerships Manager.
- Contribute to the development and management of the corporate new business pipeline by identifying and qualifying prospective partners, drafting proposals and pitch materials, and coordinating internal inputs for submissions.
- Assist in negotiations and partnership development by preparing background materials, coordinating meetings, documenting discussions, and drafting follow-up actions.
- Ensure a smooth handover of new partnerships to the Key Account Management team by preparing necessary documentation and summarizing partnership agreements.
- Participate in business community events and meetings to enhance UNICEF's visibility and relationship-building efforts.
- Facilitate cross-functional coordination with various teams to ensure timely inputs and alignment with agreed processes.
- Liaise with PFP HQ and Regional teams on research, due diligence, and compliance requirements, ensuring adherence to policies and standards.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting on pipeline status and progress against activity plans, contributing to management reporting as needed.
- Provide leadership and supervision to the Corporate New Business Team, promoting a collaborative and performance-oriented work culture.
