Job Overview: The position of Alternant.e Marketing Digital involves collaboration with the Digital Fundraising Officer to provide support to the digital marketing team. The role includes contributing to the implementation of the Solidarity Bibs project, managing registrations for various races included in the project, responding to inquiries, and guiding participants through different stages. The candidate will also participate in the development of the annual communication plan, research content, propose creative ideas, and produce messages in line with the action plan and defined objectives. Additionally, the role requires designing materials using tools like Photoshop and InDesign, engaging with project stakeholders and external service providers, contributing to existing fundraising actions, managing email scheduling, analyzing email performance, and providing regular reporting based on established indicators and dashboards. The candidate will also liaise with the Donor Relations Service and external providers to resolve technical or management issues faced by online donors, contribute to fundraising development, conduct regular market and innovation monitoring, and participate in testing new levers and projects.

Additional Notes: The position is offered as an apprenticeship or professionalization contract for a duration of 12 months. The salary is based on the legal minimum, adjusted according to age and level of education, and is distributed over 13 months. Employees are entitled to 21 days of RTT (reduced working time), prorated based on presence, and 25 days of paid leave, also prorated. Health coverage is provided at 80% by Action contre la Faim, and transportation costs are reimbursed at 50% between home and work. The organization also offers meal vouchers with a 60% contribution from the association (valued at 8 euros), 170 euros per year for social works, and discounts on cinema tickets. Remote work is open to all from the metropolitan area, with a policy that allows for full or partial telecommuting. However, a mandatory presence of four days per month at the headquarters is required, including dedicated time for meetings and collective events (averaging three days per month).
