Job Overview:
The position of Chargé d'Appui aux Programmes involves supporting the Pool and country offices in managing funding contracts and developing contractual documents. The role requires updating contract and partnership tracking tools, participating in follow-up meetings between headquarters and field grant managers, and contributing to the drafting of funding requests. The candidate will also be responsible for translating programmatic and contractual documents, reviewing reports, and developing project proposals and partnership agreements. Additionally, the role includes quality control of donor reporting and providing administrative support to country offices. The candidate will facilitate communication within the Pool and with country offices and headquarters departments, organize Pool meetings, and produce internal and external communication documents. The position requires a proactive approach to managing complex tasks and ensuring effective collaboration across various teams.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the Chargé d'Appui aux Programmes include: supporting the management of funding contracts and the development of contractual documents; updating tracking tools for contracts and partnerships; participating in follow-up meetings with headquarters and field grant managers; contributing to the drafting of funding requests; translating programmatic and contractual documents; reviewing reports and developing project proposals and partnership agreements; ensuring quality control of donor reporting; providing administrative support to country offices; responding to inquiries from country offices regarding contract management and reporting; facilitating communication within the Pool and with country offices; organizing Pool meetings and documenting outcomes; providing information to headquarters departments about programs and country contexts; drafting internal and external communication documents; managing purchase requests necessary for the Pool's operations; producing capitalization documents on ACF interventions by country or geographic area; and participating in the validation of annual quantitative data compilations.

Required Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should be currently enrolled in a Master 2 program with a higher education background in project management or international solidarity. They should have experience working in teams and ideally possess experience in the non-profit sector and/or international settings. Strong writing and organizational skills, autonomy, and the ability to remain calm in complex situations are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, and the candidate should have a very good command of English, both written and spoken.

Educational Background:
Candidates should have a Master 2 level education in project management or international solidarity. This educational background is crucial for understanding the complexities of managing international programs and working effectively within a humanitarian context.

Experience:
Candidates should have prior experience working in teams, preferably in a non-profit or international environment. Experience in project management or related fields is highly desirable, as it will enable the candidate to navigate the responsibilities of the role effectively.

Languages:
A very good command of English, both written and spoken, is mandatory for this position. Knowledge of additional languages may be considered an asset, but English proficiency is essential due to the international context and diverse stakeholders involved.

Additional Notes:
This position is offered as an apprenticeship contract for a duration of 12 months, based in Montreuil, France. The salary is based on the legal minimum wage, adjusted according to age and educational level, and is distributed over 13 months. Employees are entitled to 21 days of RTT (reduction of working time) prorated based on presence, and 25 days of paid leave also prorated. Health coverage is provided at 80% by ACF, and transportation costs are reimbursed at 50% between home and work. The organization also offers meal vouchers with a 60% contribution from the association (valued at 8 euros) and additional social benefits. Telecommuting options are available.
