Job Overview: The Caseworker plays a crucial role in assisting victims and survivors of human trafficking by developing tailored case plans that address the unique needs of each individual. Duties and Responsibilities: The Caseworker's responsibilities encompass a wide range of tasks aimed at providing comprehensive support to clients. These include:
Conducting individualized assessments to evaluate clients' distinct needs and developing personalized orientation, support, referral, and advocacy services.
Collaborating with clients to create realistic self-sufficiency plans and timelines, while managing their expectations throughout the service period.
Ensuring clients have access to the necessary tools and resources to meet their established goals and objectives.
Providing intake, assessment, and pre-employment/job readiness orientation for clients eligible for employment services.
Responding promptly to emergency calls and providing effective support as needed.
Monitoring client progress to ensure that goals are being met and resources are being utilized effectively, making adjustments to plans as necessary.
Maintaining compliance with all case file management and reporting requirements.
Participating in partner meetings and engaging with stakeholders to identify and leverage community resources.

Compensation for this position ranges from $19.92 to $20.97 per hour, with pay rates determined based on factors such as labor market conditions, job type, internal equity, and budget considerations.
