Duties and Responsibilities:
Implement the bioproduct in designated agricultural fields, ensuring adherence to project guidelines and protocols.
Establish demonstration plots to showcase the effectiveness of Trichoderma asperellum in enhancing crop yields.
Conduct training sessions for local producers on the application and benefits of the bioproduct.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of the bioproduct in the field, collecting data and feedback from producers.
Prepare reports on the implementation process, challenges faced, and recommendations for future applications.
Collaborate with local agricultural experts and stakeholders to ensure the successful adoption of the bioproduct.
Maintain communication with UNDP and provide updates on project progress and outcomes.
Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess a strong background in agricultural sciences or a related field. Experience in fieldwork, particularly in the implementation of agricultural products, is essential. Knowledge of bioproducts and sustainable agricultural practices will be highly regarded.
